Northern Seven Star Praying Mantis Kung Fu is a system developed in the Northern Province of Shangtung, China, during the transition from the Ming Dynasty to the Ching Dynasty (1644 AD). The system contains numerous empty hand and weapon forms which are deceptive in that, while they demonstrate the poetry of the art, they practice devastating, hidden self-defense techniques.

Our classes cover every aspect of Martial Arts from Long, Short, and Grappling Empty hand techniques to 8 different weapon styles – from short range to long range weapons, from singled handed to dual wielding. We aim to train a well-rounded individual, one who is well grounded and is aware of his body, mind and their connection to breath – creating a kind, spiritual, strong warrior.
