Shuai-Chiao or Shuai Jiao (shwī- jow) is a system of Kung Fu which has been recorded in use as early as 2697 BC when employed by the army of the Yellow Emperor to defeat rival armies, thereby unifying China for the first time. Like any other Kung Fu system it employs strikes, kicks, blocks, joint manipulation and pressure points, but it is most well known for its grand throwing techniques. For this reason it has acquired the Westernized nickname, Chinese Wrestling.
